Mentor, Ohio, September 1, 2015 – Avery Dennison Graphics Solutions is adding SC900 RV Easy Apply™, specially designed for use in the RV segment, to its screen and cut film portfolio in North America. SC900 RV EZ, an extension of the Avery Dennison Supercast 900 Series, features an adhesive specifically designed for recreational vehicle substrates and their need for long-term durability.
The new film is equipped with Avery Dennison’s patented Easy Apply™ (EZ) adhesive technology. Easy Apply is an air egress adhesive pattern which allows for simple and speedy application of graphics. This special pattern eliminates entrapped air bubbles and allows installers to reposition the material before squeegeeing it into place.
SC900 RV EZ’s superior performance RV adhesive can be installed in a wide range of temperatures, from below 40 degrees F to as high as 90 degrees F - ideal for the RV graphic installation season. The film is built to last in low temperatures, ultimately extending the life of the RV’s graphics.
In addition, SC900 RV EZ will adhere to almost any surface, including painted metals and smooth fiberglass.
The film is available in the full color range of the SC900 films, plus standard industry colors of white sparkle, white opaque, black, medium charcoal metallic, black metallic, bright blue metallic and champagne mist metallic. Custom color matching is available for large orders. The wide range of colors allows customers and installers to create a customized look for an RV, to match their adventurous spirit and make a statement while on the road.
