Justin Pate travelled to WrapsCon 2016 in Indianapolis June 2-4 to share live demonstrations as well as tips and tricks he’s learned over the course of his successful career in graphic installations. WrapsCon is part of the NBM B.I.G. Show, which is brought to you by the producers of WRAPS and Sign & Digital Graphics magazines.
A frequent Avery Dennison collaborator, Pate installed full print wrap on a car with the new Avery Dennison MPI 1105 Supercast film. This was one of the first times MPI 1105 was used at a trade show and seen by the public.
Tommy Fricano, regional manager for Avery Dennison Graphics, was able to sit down with Pate to discuss the new film.
In another demonstration, Pate installed a color change and full print wrap combo on the same car, this time with Wrap Institute branded graphics and black accents. His final demonstration was a color change, which eliminated the printed graphics from the car and gave it a uniformly black color scheme. The three demonstrations performed by Pate at the Wrap Institute booth were carried out over three days, with one demonstration for each day of the event.
