In 2016, there are 32 wrap workshops scheduled. Installers will have the opportunity to participate in the Avery Dennison Digital Films class and the Supreme Wrapping Film class. Additionally, the Avery Dennison Certification Test, which is made up of 5 modules, is offered 15 times throughout 2016.
“With these programs, we want to provide an in-depth understanding of installation mechanics so attendees gain a competitive edge within the industry,” said senior business director at Avery Dennison, Bill Podojil. “Our goal is to make these classes both educational and inspirational at each installers’ current skill level.”
The Avery Dennison Digital Films workshop will be offered 15 times throughout 2016. This two-day course is recommended for basic to intermediate skilled wrap installers and covers a variety of applications and fundamentals.
The Avery Dennison Supreme Wrapping Film workshop will be offered 17 times during 2016. This two-day course is intended for intermediate to advanced wrap installers and will focus solely on color change films on vehicles working with different vinyl finishes.
Justin Pate will lead the Avery Dennison workshops this year with the support of Troy Downey of APE Wraps and Dallas Fowler of Digital EFX. Pate is an internationally renowned wrap installer with more than 19 years of experience. "I think the two-day Avery Dennison Supreme Wrapping Film advanced workshop is simply the best all-around workshop and value available today,” said Pate.
